This time of year church choirs all over are busy giving Christmas presentations. Recently I attended the Prestonwood Baptist Church "Gift of Christmas" (#PrestonwoodGOC) What a spectacular performance rivaling anything on Broadway! Of course, no Christmas performance is complete without a Nativity scene complete with angels, shepherds, magi, etc. As I pondered the arrival of the wise men, I started wondering who these men might be and why they would make such a trek across the dessert. This event -- God taking on flesh in the form of a helpless baby -- is so significant that it deserves our attention all year long.
