Another year whizzes by in a blur.  Our schedules have been crazy busy, and time takes no breaks. It is once again time to make resolutions (that will not be kept) for the New Year. No matter what we resolve to do in the New Year, the admonition of our starting verse should rise above and take priority over all other resolutions. This time of year church choirs all over are busy giving Christmas presentations. Recently I attended the Prestonwood Baptist Church "Gift of Christmas" (#PrestonwoodGOC) What a spectacular performance rivaling anything on Broadway! Of course, no Christmas performance is complete without a Nativity scene complete with angels, shepherds, magi, etc. As I pondered the arrival of the wise men, I started wondering who these men might be and why they would make such a trek across the dessert.
